Its so relieving for my bad back and Migraines

I was sceptical about how the ice bath would fix my chronic back pain and migraines but after 2 months I'm addicted. It was hard to stay in for a long time in the start but once I started feeling better I pushed myself to endure it longer. Now I have 3x 30 mins sessions a week.
